MCIMF Vision

Revolution “ a dramatic change in ideas or practice of ministerial fellowships.

Reformation “ an improvement in the way clergy and ministry are cared for.

Restoration “ a return to the early church system of government which was a better condition for clergy to flourish.

Renewal “ a context in which clergy are empowered with new energy, strength, and enthusiasm.

 

MCIMF Mission

SService - MCIMF exists to serve its members, not the other way around. Members must also feel called to serve one another.

CCovering - MCIMF exists to protect, defend, and credential its members who must also feel called to safeguard one another.

OOpportunity - MCIMF exists to provide and facilitate favorable circumstances for members to exercise their gifts, talents, and abilities.

RRelationship “ MCIMF exists to cultivate mutually edifying and bonding ministerial interactions. The Kingdom of God is one of relationships.

EEmpowerment “ MCIMF exists to educate, encourage, and edify its members by providing inspirational resources to build those who labor in the ministry.
